• VisitDenmark owns the website www.visitdenmark.com and the associated database GuideDanmark operated together with a number of Danish tourist information offices. The material in GuideDanmark is used by VisitDenmark itself, the individual tourist information offices and such third parties (together referred to as the "Users") as VisitDenmark or the tourist information offices allow to use the material for the purpose of promoting tourism in Denmark. The material is used in general to market Denmark as a tourist destination, that is, both for the Internet, emails, leaflets etc. As a user of GuideDanmark, you are responsible for any material uploaded by you and by others to whom you disclose your user name and password.

Registration as a user
• If you wish to upload video clips to VisitDenmark, you must register your name and email address. These details are used to register what is uploaded by whom. Your details will not be used for marketing purposes or disclosed to any third party. You may contact us at contact@visitdenmark.com at any time to have your details changed or cancelled. Copyright to pictures, music, films etc.
• Texts, music and films are copyright protected and belong to the person who has made it. You may therefore only upload film clips to GuideDanmark which you have produced yourself or which you have otherwise obtained the rights to. In particular, you must be aware that the film clips might be used by the Users in connection with marketing activities. It is therefore important that all rights have been cleared and you must, for instance, be aware that it is not allowed to use pictures of persons for marketing purposes without their specific consent. It might also be problematic to use the whole or parts of music, films, theatre performances, concerts or other matters which are separately protected by the Danish Copyright Act. It will often also be contrary to the rights of a third party to show trademarks etc. which you do not hold the rights to yourself. You are responsible in every respect for clearing all rights and you warrant that your contribution to GuideDanmark may be used as described.
Which video clips are you allowed to upload and what purpose will they be used for?
• You may only upload video clips concerning the topic "experiences in Denmark". Film clips not dealing with this topic will be deleted.
• By uploading a video clip, you accept that the video clip can be used in any digital form, including web, TV, banner advertisements, YouTube etc., and that the purpose of such use will be as decided by the Users, that is, in particular for marketing purposes. You will not be remunerated for such use.
Deletion of your material
• If you have uploaded something that you wish to have removed, you may approach contact@visitdenmark.com in this respect. If your material is already in use, VisitDenmark must delete it from the GuideDanmark database, but you must accept that material which is already being used by the Users will continue to be used.
• If any material contributed by you is illegal or in any other way contrary to VisitDenmark's conditions for uploading video clips (see below), we will delete the material without prior notice. Please note that we will not save any copy of the material contributed by you and we accept no responsibility for it.
Illegal material
• If we suspect or are informed that you have uploaded any material belonging to any other person, such material will immediately be deleted.
You must be aware that if a third party provides documentation to the effect that you have infringed his or her rights, your name and your contact details will be disclosed to such third party. If a third party makes a claim against VisitDenmark in this respect, you accept to indemnify VisitDenmark for any claims, losses, costs, expenses etc.
• If any material uploaded by you is infected by virus or in any other way likely to harm the computer of a third party, any legitimate interests etc., such material will be deleted.
• It is not allowed to upload video clips containing advertisements or clips that are otherwise used for marketing purposes. Also such clips will be deleted, and you will be charged for any costs and expenses incidental thereto.
• You must not upload pornographic material to GuideDanmark. If we ascertain that any such material has been uploaded, we will delete it immediately, cf. above. Any other kind of offensive material, including material of a violent nature, is not allowed and will be removed immediately.
• You must not upload any defamatory material, that is, any material likely to offend any other person, just as any kind of threat, harassment or any other kind of disparaging material is not allowed. Racist contributions will be removed immediately and reported to the police.
• VisitDenmark reserves its right to delete contributions if they are not considered suitable or as part of the maintenance of the database, for instance for reasons of capaticy, and VisitDenmark assumes no responsibility for the deletion or for whether or not the contents can be recreated.
VisitDenmark's responsibility
• VisitDenmark is not responsible for any use by the Users of the material uploaded by you. VisitDenmark's only obligation is to delete the material and your only claim against VisitDenmark is for the material to be deleted from the database GuideDanmark. Any claim in connection with the use of the material uploaded by you must be aimed directly at the relevant user.

VisitDenmark ejer hjemmesiden www.visitdenmark.com og den tilhørende database GuideDenmark, som drives i samarbejde med en række danske turistbureauer. Materialet i GuideDenmark anvendes af VisitDenmark selv, de enkelte turistbureauer, samt tredjemænd (samlet "Brugerne") som VisitDenmark eller turistbureauerne måtte give tilladelse hertil med det formål at fremme turismen i Danmark. Ophavsrettigheder til billeder, musik, film m.v.:
• Tekst, musik og film er ophavsretligt beskyttet og tilhører den, som har lavet det. Derfor må du alene uploade filmklip, som du selv har produceret eller på anden måde har fået rettighederne til, ind på GuideDanmark. Du skal særligt være opmærksom på, at filmklippene kan blive anvendt af Brugerne i forbindelse med reklameaktiviteter. Det er derfor vigtigt at samtlige rettigheder er clearet, og du skal bl.a. være opmærksom på, at det ikke er tilladt at bruge billeder af personer til reklame uden deres specifikke samtykke. Tilsvarende kan det være problematisk at anvende hele eller dele af musik, film, teaterforestillinger, koncerter eller andre forhold, som er selvstændigt beskyttede efter ophavsretsloven. Det vil ofte også være i strid med tredjemands rettigheder at vise varemærker m.v., som man ikke selv har rettighederne til. Du er selv ansvarlig for i enhver henseende at cleare alle rettigheder, og indestår for at dit indlæg på GuideDanmark kan bruges som beskrevet.
Hvilke videoklip må du uploade og hvad vil de blive anvendt til?
• Du må kun uploade videoklip, der omhandler emnet "oplevelser i Danmark". Filmklip uden for dette emne, kan blive slettet.
• Ved dit upload af et videoklip accepterer du, at videoklippet kan blive anvendt i enhver digital form, herunder web, tv, bannerannoncer, youtube m.v. og at dette sker til det formål, som Brugerne bestemmer, navnlig til reklame. Du får ikke noget vederlag for denne brug.
Sletning af dit materiale:
• Hvis du har lagt noget op, som du ønsker fjernet, kan du rette henvendelse herom til contact@visitdenmark.com. Hvis dit materiale allerede er i brug, skal VisitDenmark slette det fra GuideDenmark databasen, men du må respektere at materiale, der allerede er taget i brug af Brugerne, fortsat bruges.
• Hvis det materiale du har lagt ind er ulovligt eller på anden måde er i strid med VisitDenmarks betingelser for at uploade videoklip (se nedenfor), vil vi uden varsel slette det. Vær opmærksom på, at vi ikke gemmer kopi af det materiale, som du har lagt ind, og at vi ikke kan påtage os ansvaret for det.
Ulovligt materiale.
• Såfremt vi får mistanke eller oplysning om, at du har uploadet noget, som tilhører en anden, vil materialet straks blive slettet.
Du skal være opmærksom på, at såfremt tredjemand dokumenterer, at du har krænket hans rettigheder, vil dit navn og dine kontaktoplysninger blive videregivet til denne tredjemand. Hvis tredjemand fremsætter noget krav mod VisitDenmark i den forbindelse, accepterer du at skadesløsholde VisitDenmark for ethvert krav, tab, omkostning m.v.
• Hvis det, som du uploader, har virus, eller i øvrigt kan skade tredjemands computer, legitime interesser m.v., vil det blive slettet.
• Det er ikke tilladt at uploade videoklip, der indeholder reklame eller i øvrigt anvendes som led i markedsføring, også sådanne klip vil blive slettet, og du vil blive afkrævet udgiften herved.
• Du må ikke uploade pornografisk materiale på GuideDanmark. Såfremt vi konstaterer, at sådant materiale er lagt ind, vil vi straks slette det, jf. i øvrigt ovenfor. Andre former for stødende materiale, herunder materiale med voldeligt indhold, er ikke tilladt og vil blive fjernet straks.
• Du må ikke uploade noget injurierende, dvs. noget der kan fornærme andre, ligesom enhver form for trusler, chikane eller andet nedladende materiale ikke er tilladt. Racistiske indlæg vil blive fjernet straks og politianmeldt.
• VisitDenmark forbeholder sig i øvrigt ret til at slette indlæg, såfremt disse ikke findes egnede eller som led i vedligeholdelsen af databasen fx af kapacitetshensyn, og VisitDenmark påtager sig ikke noget ansvar for sletningen eller for, om indholdet kan genskabes.
VisitDenmarks ansvar
• VisitDenmark er ikke ansvarlig for nogen brug, som Brugerne gør af det materiale, som du uploader. VisitDenmarks eneste pligt og det eneste krav, som du kan fremsætte mod VisitDenmark, er at materialet slettes fra databasen GuideDenmark. Ethvert krav i anledning af brugen af det materiale, som du har uploadet, skal rettes direkte mod den pågældende bruger.
